The UK-born Rimmer who moved to Sabah in 1949, passed on 31st May 2017. She was the first to receive the Sabah Cultural Icon award by the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Environment Sabah.

The launch of the four-month long exhibition was held in conjunction of Rimmer’s birthday today, where she would have turned 100 years old.

About 200 artworks ranging from sketches, pastel, Chinese ink and oil paint by Tina Rimmer exhibited in this special exhibition
